GetHuman-348171: I have had sprint as my carrier for ** years, I have bought a lot of phones and insurance as well. I have had a lot of issues with my android phone and asked to have it replaced. what they don't tell you is that you get a refurbished phone not a new phone. I have referred friends and family members to use them and they have. They told me that every time you have a problem with the refurbished phone just take it to a repair store I guess that they don't care if it an inconvenience to their customers. ** years and about ** phones and a request to have a brand new phone instead of a refurbished phone is not something that they can do for a customer of ** years. I have over estimated sprint it won't happen again
