~dano: my Samsung phone galaxy * screen went black, didn't drop it or get it wet, it just failed. sprint said to me no insurance tuff luck. what the **** is that. I called Samsung the warranty period is still in current phone is only * months old, Samsung warranty is for * year. sprint store in Ontario Oregon said go to best buy to get a phone. best buy said no sprint store should handle it. ok now I am really pissed, I am disabled so its not easy to get around. called Samsung, they said go to sprint store in Ontario Oregon for warranty . went there got the run around, now they want to repair it for ** dollars. when my contract is up its adios to sprint, there * party stores don't know the business or have any customer relation tact. I would advise sprint corporate to check out the Ontario store and contact the manager there. before they loose more business.
