GetHuman-jenayli: A sprint store associate forged my signature and made changes to my account with out my consent or knowledge
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-jenayli: The associate placed one of my lines on seasonal stand by without my consent. My signature was forged on my account numerous of times. I as a customer do not feel valued or protected by sprint any more. The customer service I have received over the phone has been terrible, I have been treated as if my problem is no big deal and as if sprint condones their associates hacking into customers accounts.

GetHuman-jenayli: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
