~dbrink: I have talked to Sprint Customer Service Representatives and I have talked to Sprint Customer Service Managers and also managers in Telesales and my problem is still not solved. No one can seem to direct me to the correct procedure for getting a new phone for my son who is in college. His phone was stolen. Incidentally he had to purchase an Iphone * to have a phone at school. I would hope that this email is being read by a human being and that someone will contact me. My name is Diane Brink and my cell phone is ***-***-****. Please be sure to review all of the notes on my account. I had been with Sprint years ago and switched over to Verizon. I am ready to switch over to Verizon again because the customer service and the managers of all departments seem to be unable to help me, rude, lose my call, get bounced from call center to call center and are unable to solve me problem. Over all I am not a very happy customer. I will continue to contact Sprint until a live person contact
