GetHuman-105364: My husband went in to get a flip phone to replace the one she lost ****. The young lady there could not scan it so he ended up getting something else instead. We worked with my mom and could not get her to learn how to use it. We took it back on *****. The same person said no problem go get the box and the charger. We left and gathered everything and returned. She said she was afraid my mom couldn't us the phone we got. She then said we had ** days and it was ** days and she couldn't do it after all. She was very rude and then just started talking with the other employee. The first visit took * *** hours. Now I have to go on Amazon and get her a $** flip phone unless you are able to help me. My mom is ** years old and can only do the basics. Two days late...I need to figure out how to get away from Sprint to a company that works for the consumer. The store we went to was in Redbank, SC.*Above the maximum minutes was ** so I put that. The time limit needs to be increased.
