GetHuman-431354: i have had multiple issues and not one rep, supervisor or mgr has been able to resolve my issues, they keep reiterating that it isn't sprints fault that i have had problems with their products, services, policies and procedures. i have insurance on devices that cant be repaired thru sprint tech support and i basically have been paying for nothing, but if i pay an extra $*** plus $*** i can get an upgrade pushed thru. I have been lied to and screwed over for the past * yrs
