GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Sprint customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~screwedbysprint: We have been customers for over ** years. After * years of crappy service and endless referrals to the brain-dead employee of the week at the Sprint service as well as paying for insurance that we have never used. I called to ask a rep.if we could use a virgin mobile phone and was told that yes we could. Bought new phone for $** and love and behold couldnt activate it. To make matters worse went to sprint store and was willing to accept new contract to upgrade phone for $* down on deferred payment and wound up being a $*** down payment for a $*** phone all while waiting for a spring supervisor to call us back with something more than a $** credit over * month billing which still did not happen. The only reason we still have Sprint is my wife is a surviving cancer patient and her doctors have that number to contact her for further tests. It is harder to change her number with them than it is to deal with the NOW network. As soon as we are possible we are taking our numbers elsewhere. If
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sprint. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sprint problem?
~screwedbysprint: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~screwedbysprint: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~screwedbysprint: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sprint customers?
~screwedbysprint: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sprint to know who you are.
