GetHuman-406082: Worst cell phone company ive ever dealt with. Horrible customer service. Sales person lied to me about numerous things and added services that id told him over and over i didn't want or need. Constant inability to get Internet service on my phone. I call customer service they tell me they'll take care of whatever the problem is and then they do nothing. Can't wait to go back to Verizon when my contract is over. Automated phone system told me that the wait was less than ** seconds. Finally just gave up after ** minutes
