~bethanyball: Javier picked up the first ring. Since I was calling about their "WeFi" he couldn't help, but transferred me immediately to the correct person, who picked up immediately. Both were very professional. The person I talked to the most was a bit difficult to understand, but would repeat when asked and was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. Much to my surprise...no stress involved!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sprint. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sprint problem?
~bethanyball: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~bethanyball: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~bethanyball: For that I would say four out of five.
