~Sue: I have had nothing but hassles since I first ordered my merchandise. I was first told my credit csrd wasn't valid which it was. Then I have been told twice now that I didn't give them all the info needed to get my rebate and then told that twice that yes I did give the proper rebate info. Was told on March **th in an email that my rebate would come in *-* weeks, now being told on March **th that I should never have been told that and I have to wait another *-* weeks. Asked to speak to a supervisor, the rep told she she was a supervisor and that I could go no higher than her. I will never order from Staples again if I have any more problems with this order.
