GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Staples customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~sha: When we checked out we took our bag, not realizing there was another bag that was out of our view. Days later when we went to organize our son's school stuff we discovered half the items were missing. I called to ask about it and the cashier said the bag was still sitting there and when I asked why no one brought our attention to it when we checked out, she said we should have picked it up and she was too busy to call after us. We are "rewards" customers and they have our contact info. When I asked if we would receive any kind of compensation for having to drive the considerable distance back to the store, the cashier said it was our fault we didn't pick up the bag. We will not be shopping at Staples again. Fortunately there is an Office Depot not far away.
