~Jamie: I called due to missing issues. I spoke to a very helpful rep in less than one minute who said she would add three issues to the end of my subscription. We'll see if that happens, but so far, I'm very satisfied with Star's customer service. And I called well past business hours.

~Jamie: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
