~Victim of someone's bad day: I went to the starbucks on Imperial Hwy in Brea, CA today. For some reason the young man who was taking my order keep saying "I don't understand you". I don't have an accent. I was telling him how I wanted my coffee made which was plain and simple but obviously not to him. It took him about * minutes to get the order correct. I never had such rude service. I have a feeling that I was not the only one he was rude to today. There was a long line to begin with. Anyhow, I never had any problems with other employees taking my order so I would kindly suggest that he should be trained better. If he doesn't learn, I don't think you want to know what I would say.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Starbucks. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Starbucks problem?
~Victim of someone's bad day: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Victim of someone's bad day: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Starbucks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Victim of someone's bad day: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Starbucks customers?
~Victim of someone's bad day: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Starbucks to know who you are.
