~Bummed: I've been a barista for ** years, in the customer service industry for my entire life, and don't understand the lack of customer service at this location. First my simple drink was made incorrectly, I politely returned it and asked for it to be made how I requested, and I am still sitting here, ** minutes later, waiting on my drink. It's a slow Saturday night with maybe * people in here, who have already been served. I asked what the delay could be, and they just said it was "in line". Turns out the manager didn't know the girl moved it to the back of the line, after messing up my previous drink. Thankfully the manager tried to make it right, but the girl kept ignoring me. I'm not pushy, but seriously, terrible service.

~Bummed: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Bummed: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Bummed: For that I would say one out of five.
