~Elle Lynne: I went to Steak 'n Shake in Antioch TN. Ordered online thinking that would be quicker. Still had to wait and they messed up my order. What I did get was horrible! Drive thru had * cars in the line. Guy came in & said he had been waiting in drive thru for ** minutes. Bad service all the way around!
