~Old Music: I have been going to Steak and Shakes since **** and I continue to support them and still love their hamburgers, but the last few visit I have not been very happy with the music, like Latin, M****xico and hard rock. This is a oldie place of environment and that is the music that should be playing not all this **** that the older generation doesn't enjoy listing to. I know time have changed through the years but the old music is what use to be playing and made it an enjoyable place to eat and listen to some of that music. Now I find the same info coming from other people that I know and they have quick visiting them and I noticed that we don't visit as we use to. For what ever it is worth just saying

~Old Music: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Old Music: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Steak and Shake's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Old Music: For that I would say two out of five.
