GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-brwillia: Was accused by an employee standing outside my car window of using profanity and racist language at the drive through speaker. Then handed a soggy and food-soaked bag by an employee who used napkins to hold it from the bottom so was obviously aware of its condition. Then was told I couldn't get my money back.
