GetHuman-myvolt: Horrible service at Wentzville, MO location.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-myvolt: I don't know how this location can stay in business. We waited to be seated and then we we placed at a wet booth. After drying the seats with paper towels from the restroom, the waitress approached us to take our order. Five minutes later she brought us water. We then waited ** minutes to get our food. When my husband approached the waitress at the counter, she snapped at him that the food wasn't ready! When another waitress brought us our food, it was cold! We have given this location and others numerous chances to improve their service but it's always the same excuse, WE ARE SHORT HANDED!!! I have been to other locations with similar experiences. Long waits to be seated, dirty tables everywhere, and terribly slow and rude service. I have no confidence that this will change any time soon. My husband loves the food, but I can no longer tolerate such awful customer service. Many other patrons were disgusted at their long wait as well. I don't know how your business can be profitable with this kind of attitude.
