~Royalty77: Disappointed in the fact that one rep told me that I was enrolled back into the Auto renew under the $*.** off promotion and when it came time to renew it charged me the regular price for my plan. I really dislike that the company do not try to offer any kind of offers or go over and beyond for customer when the representative of the company is wrong or misquoted something. I really dislike the fact that you will lose money buying a plan when you have to wait for another phone to be sent and you will not get your money's worth for that ** day cycle. There is no extensions on the plans nor refunds. Outside of all the technical and administrative stuff, I like the prepaid plan. I can choose to pay and talk or not and this fits into my budget. I would like for Straight talk to offer better customer service to their customers.

~Royalty77: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Royalty77: For that I would say one out of five.

~Royalty77: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Straight Talk to know who you are.
