~not happy: Yes I can. It was morning, on November 19th.

~not happy: Tried to switch phones and they didn't give me my minutes from the other phone. Got a new card and it wasn't put on. Tried to get someone human to talk to and it was all auto so you can't talk to anyone. This has to be the worse phone service in the world. If it don't get straight i'm going back to AT&T to **** with StraightTalk.

~not happy: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~not happy: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~not happy: For that I would say four out of five.

~not happy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Straight Talk to know who you are.
