GetHuman-261652: I called and did not have to wait long before I talked to someone. However, I could not understand anything he was saying. Because of this I was repeating what he said to me to make sure I gave him the correct information. He was extremely rude and acted like I was dumb because I was repeating him. After ** minutes of waiting on the line, he told me what was wrong. I then tried asking him my options. After ** minutes and him repeating what was wrong and ignoring my question * times I asked for a supervisor and he hung up on me. Very dissatisfied!!! First time with Straight Talk and I am regretting my decision already.
