~Laura: The information of the company's website about the workability of phones for my area was wrong. I bought a phone that was supposed to work in my area. I realized that their information was wrong when I tried to activate it. I spent the entire day trying to get the problem fixed. After I talked with * representatives, * in India, * in Colombia and * in Honduras, I learned that: *) I lost the money for the $** dollar card* they say that it was already used -of course when trying to activate the phone-, *) I need to send the phone back for a refund, but I have to pay the mailing expenses. Conclusion: I lost $** dollars plus $** for mailing the phone back, and an entire day of my life just for following the indications of the company website, and I do not still have a phone. The time of wait is about ** min. for each of the representatives, plus the time they leave you on the phone while they check if what you are saying is true or not. By the way, you have to explain the same problem each

~Laura: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Laura: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Laura: For that I would say four out of five.
