GetHuman-323109: This light company is the worst texas has to offer. They can't tell u anything about ur bill. The representatives don't make notes of the last call u made to them and they don't speak english well enough for u to understand the conversation and know wats going. If u set a payment be sure to ask wat date is the next payment do because they don't offer. I hate this company it is just as bad as green mountain and they are very expensive
