~shirleyjf: Started calling first thing this morning. Waited on phone after answering prompts and was hung up on three different times. I even tried attempting new service. I was hung up on that time also. Am currently still awaiting a response. After ** minutes, I finally am able to speak to a human-thank God. Have finally been able to get help. The lady was very nice and helpful. Phone number stinks but talking with someone is really good.
