~they need help: I do agree they need someone to pick up the phone and talk to their customersthey also need to ask for your phone number just in case the call accidentally get lost or hang up they know these phones Not all that great you can sneeze and the phone will hang up greatI was on hold for ** minutes and when someone came on I start talking it was about * seconds in the conversation then the phone lost it calllong enough for them to have asked for a phone number to call back then I come back and couldn't get nobody yes we need more better customer service we need it bad help stream energy someone
