~corpratthug: I'm trying to disconnect my service because I have moved and no longer need service at service address. You have every service available via IVR and online web services except for the ability to request disconnection of services at a specific address. This should also be an option instead of calling in to do that. IT is possible for some people not to no longer need the service. A "SAVE" effort is a waste of time
