~SDP: I have spoken with several representatives none of which are by any means eager to assist. It appears that there primary goal is to get you off the phone and give you as little information as possible. The techs with the capability of correcting issues do not deal directly with the public so it is much like dealing with the man behind the curtain. It is obvious that Synology intends to sell a product and then provide as little support as possible. I would not recommend purchasing Synology products due to their lack of support.

~SDP: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
