GetHuman-124881: WAS LUCKY TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE RELATIVELY NICE FOR ONCE, ALTHOUGH IT DIDNT OVERLY SOLVE THE PROBLEM. HAVE HAD TERRIBLE PROBLEMS TRYING TO GET INFO ON MY PHONE WHICH HAS BEEN IN REPAIR FOR * WEEKS. DEFINATELY PHONE THIS NUMBER AND NOT THE **** NUMBER.....COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME IN MY EXPERIENCE.
