~goldenchild: I called regarding having service issues for the ladt couple of months and i have been a Tmobile customer for almost ** years and i was told that event though this is my third call to them this month that i have to waur another ** hours and basically just to deal with tge interrupted services that i endure and the customer rep even compared my used services to hers and basically i just should deal with the crappie service*

~goldenchild: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~goldenchild: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~goldenchild: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other T-Mobile customers?
~goldenchild: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
