GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's T-Mobile customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~pamarama66: "Representative" read the same script that was read to me when I called the first time re: defective phone. When I asked where he was calling from, he said, "I'm sorry ma'am", policy requires I cannot release that information.". SERIOUSLY???? They promised this time to replace with a different model if the third replacement is still defective (which I know it will be, a known fault with the Samsung Gravity Smart). Soooooo frustrating.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting T-Mobile. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a T-Mobile problem?
~pamarama66: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~pamarama66: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~pamarama66: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other T-Mobile customers?
~pamarama66: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~pamarama66 taken from his T-Mobile customer service problem that occurred on November 10th, 2017.
