~Ilikevitamins: Transfered to * depts. Problem took * hours to resolve and then occurred again the very next day. Nobody has any power to resolve anything. They play the hot potato game and pass customers around from department to department when they themselves dont know the answers.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting T-Mobile. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a T-Mobile problem?
~Ilikevitamins: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Ilikevitamins: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
