~Michael: The stuff has no knowledge what so ever.*They never know what to do.*For any questions I asked they have to call manager. It is very difficult to work with them.

~Michael: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Michael: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~Michael: For that I would say one out of five.
