I had to return twice to the bank since the staff was so small, mind you this is on a Tuesday at around *:**pm *******. One of the clerks said he would help me, but instead went to lunch and when I askdthe manager what happened, she said I need to wait. I explained to her that I wish to open a new account, this takes less than *min. Intead she gave me the "sorry you need to wait" I asked if she could do it,her answer im the manager im not here for that, althoug she could. When I said to her i thought you guys were "americas most convenient bank" she became upset and said we are but you have to wait. I said ok thanks, and she replied uh uh in a condescending manner, i asked what is you problem , she replied whats yours, I asked why is she being disrespectful. she saidbecause your being annoying, i was apalled. I then told her she has no right speaking to a customer that way. She i do when they talk a lot of ****. at this poi
