~Disappointed customer: I opened up a credit card back in April **** and never received a bill or the actual card in the mail. I have been trying to call them to pay my bill and to see if the address is correct. I have never been able to reach an actual person, even though the AVR transferred me to customer service. I just want my credit card and to set up payments online. My account has incurred $** late fee for not paying. Not gonna pay until I can reach a person. This was the worst experience I have had when trying to pay someone!!
