~online deal seeker: I was given a **% off online code that was good for only one day (got it when I signed up for tjmaxx rewards credit card, which I called but they do not handle the codes) and it wouldn't work...because it was late at night,I couldn't call tjmaxx themselves so I went ahead and placed the order. Two days later, I used the customer service provided on this site for actual tjmaxx and they picked up immediately. They can't adjust the **% on the order I placed two days ago, but the lady was very nice and said I need to call them before my next online order and they will honor the code that didn't work :) Communication was very quick, simple, and friendly. Great number. Got to someone right away!
