GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Tampa Bay Times customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Florida Frustrated: As the Corporate Minions in Customer Service are but a perfuntary firewall that only insulate the decision makers, I offer this solution to long suffering subscribers. Since it is obvious that the Tampa Tribune and the WSJ employ the same feckless outsourced delivery service we need to verbally confront our carriers in the early AM when they next choose to deliver our papers or not and give them a piece of our minds or when they mail us their stamped-self addressed envelopes for their Christmas Tip solicitations we write them back to tell them of our displeasure with their horrendous service.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Tampa Bay Times. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Tampa Bay Times problem?
~Florida Frustrated: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Florida Frustrated: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Tampa Bay Times's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Florida Frustrated: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Tampa Bay Times customers?
