~Vienna: It seems that in the past * to ** months we never know if we are going to get our paper or not. Neighbors have their's and we don't - maybe they get the Times? Young lady I spoke to was very kind. I did let her know, however, that * add'l missed or mixed up paper and we are cancelling our many, many years of being their customer. About a month ago we got double sales papers and no NEWS. I sent the complaint via e-mail and apparently no one received it. We actually want the newspaper for NEWS and not necessary the sales ads. I hope the service gets better. It seems as though there are issues actually producing the paper????
