GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Target customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~ss: Got the Philippines. As a difficult exchange issue, I asked to be transferred to USA customer rep. Apparently they connected me to the online rep who said he could not help me with a store problem. Suggested further contact with store. Not helpful. I asked for supervisor and he said the place was closed. When he gave the hours, I asked for the time zone. He said "central" which would mean they were still open for one more hour* if EST they would be closed. He did not seem to get the difference and became unsure so wanted to argue. Then he placed me on hold for a really long time. I guess this is the tactic as I just gave up and hung up. Seems that what Target is about these days.

~ss: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ss: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Target's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ss: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Target customers?
~ss: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Target to know who you are.
