~KATWEISS2010: I attempted to access my **** tax program previously started. I couldn't get in. I contacted 'Live Support'. I got 'Laura'. ** minutes later, after following ALL her steps NUMEROUS TIMES to reset my password, I STILL HAD NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS EITHER THE WEB PAGE TO ACTUALLY RESET THE PASS WORD OR GET INTO OUR TAXES. THEN, AFTER ALL THE 'NO SUCCESS', LAURA ABRUPTLY CANCELS OUR LIVE SESSION AND I'M STILL LOCKED OUT!!! I use the site's "help" web page and NO PHONE NUMBER FOR A LIVE CHAT IS LISTED!!! I FINALLY FIND THESE PHONE NUMBERS ONLY TO BE TOLD THEIR BUSINESS HOURS ARE OVER* ENDING AT *:** P.M. WHILE I WAS ON LINE WITH A LIVE CHAT WITH 'LAURA' IN THE MIDDLE OF TRYING TO GET HELP!!! SHE COULD HAVE STATED THEIR BUSINESS HOURS WERE OVER* BUT NO, SHE JUST CANCELLED MY SESSION AND LEFT ME HANGING!!! BELIEVE IT WHEN I TELL YOU I WILL NEVER USE TAXACT AGAIN (AFTER ** YEARS OF USING THEM) AND I WILL DO NOTHING BUT 'BAD MOUTH' THIS COMPANY!!! JUST YOU WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW MORNING AT

~KATWEISS2010: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TaxAct's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~KATWEISS2010: For that I would say one out of five.
