~constance carlsen: They took my money! I have been using taxslayer for many many years but after they doubled my amount in line ** on my return , I cant get that money back !!! They totally screwed me big time and I will be writing a blog on , blogger, wordpress, I will be on twitter, facebook,reddit, and every other social network that I belong too!!!!

GetHuman: And what about Taxslayer's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~constance carlsen: For that I would say four out of five.
