~Jini: I bought Slim in * with free months Team Beachbody trial. Noticed this would be continued at ***£*.** per week charged quarterly in advance from my credit card unless I cancelled. I emailed three times, no response. I telephoned, first time and line was so bad I gave up (is this deliberate I wonder as others have mentioned this). I telephoned again, and another really bad line where I just could not hear the customer support guy. He rang me back and it was very slightly better. I was given all the spiel about not cancelling my membership and I simply replied that I don't use it. But I do use the DVDs and am very happy with them. I was finally given a cancellation reference, but I am not convinced that my bank card will not be charged for weekly membership I don't want. Apparently these are non refundable charges if they go through. I will certainly be back writing another review if I am charged.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Team Beachbody. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Team Beachbody problem?
~Jini: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jini: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Team Beachbody's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jini: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Team Beachbody customers?
~Jini: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Team Beachbody to know who you are.
