GetHuman-307069: I was on hold for about ** minutes before someone came on the line. I was calling in regards to an order I had placed almost a month ago. He was very hard to understand (foriegn) and could not answer my question about the cost of the total shipping & handling that beach body would charge me. He said my order had not shipped because it was on back order, and was told I would not get it for *-* weeks from the time I ordered it. When I placed the order it said a total of $*.** and would charge my account once it has shipped, but never gave an estimated date, so I was a little upset he could not give me a total of what my card would be charged when the product does ship out.

GetHuman-307069: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Team Beachbody's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
