~Furious: I wrote a check on my business account which has nearly $**,*** in it. It was refused and I was given a card to call TeleCheck. The automated system asked me the IDENTICAL long series of questions * times, then gave me a totally bogus reason the check was refused. Eventually I got a human who asked me the entire series of questions AGAIN. Then she simply repeated the same BS reason that the automated system did. I have owned my own business for ** years with NEVER a financial glitch, flaw or shortcoming. This GARBAGE handed out by TeleCheck is NOT acceptable. I will never, ever again do business in a store that subscribes to the services of TeleCheck!!!

~Furious: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Furious: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Telecheck's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Furious: For that I would say two out of five.

~Furious: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Telecheck to know who you are.
