~Lance: This has been an ongoing frustration for a week now, with Telecheck telling me it's taken care of, followed by repeated check refusals at merchants. I called the ***-***-**** number - third time it was picked up be a service rep. She checked my DL and all check acct numbers and assured me I was in good standing. So, I guess I need to try another check and see what happens...

~Lance: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Lance: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Telecheck's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Lance: For that I would say five out of five.
