GetHuman-409758: there was no communication with TRS. Tried for * hours to get a real person. Impossible. I got real people to give me * different numbers to call as I started back over from the beginning. This is their error and I am having to pay for it because the can't answer the phone to clar it up. Bad Bad Bad Service !. If you are going to turn someone over to these people then they should be available to consult with you especially since it is their error. Nighmare company or I say that based on all they had was computers and voice mail that didn't help at all. When it is their mistake they should be available to clear it up. It was riduculous what I had to go through for * hours and still no results. You might want to check your reviews to get on the ball and help people
