Explaining my problem, ended up with*A Help Line if I paid a fee - NO WAY!*Prior to the chat, I tried twice to talk with customer service - *st time held on for ** min then hung up. Second time waited ** min, then ran out of patience and understandably so. HELP! Next stop BBB.
