~bmoholland: totally misled me concerning my order place on Nov. **th. Told me every thing was in stock, took my money on the **th. and **th., almost $***.** After calling numerous times and being lied to, I called on the **rd. and was told they had credited my acct. and that all my items were out of stock. I want interest on my money that Sharper Image held knowing they were not sending me the order. I ordered from * other companies on line and had great results. This company has the worse customer service possible and has no problem lying to it's customers. I will write consumer affairs and any on line complaint sites I can find. I guess the stock holders wanted to get all the money the could for year end bonuses, knowing they could not fill the orders. Thanks for spoiling my Grandchildren's Christmas!
