~Unacceptable behavior: I just moved one town over and now have to use United Illuminating! What horror. They lost my identification email so they shut off the power (including water and heat) without any warning. I faxed my ID. When they replaced the meter back into the house, they changed it and now *** of my house has no power. They sent in now the *rd crew (pole crew, inside crew, and finally meter crew) they all blamed each other and I still have no power. Now they tell me I have to pay for an electrician to clean their mess!! UNACCEPTABLE.
