GetHuman-244140: Order placed two weeks ago. Site said delivered in time for xmas. Two days before xmas, no order, no tracking. Called to see what was up. Placed on hold for * minutes while they looked. Couldn't find the physical order, but promised it would be out by UPS tonight. I'll see if it actually is, but based on the conversation my confidence level is pretty low. Nothing offered for not making their xmas time advertised delivery.
