GetHuman-17539: I had to call * times, and was kept on hold for over ** min. each time...and still had no response...I gave up..if you want a payment....you really need to change this...your customer service really needs some improvement,,,it *****...probably will be looking for new internet carrier soon...this is to annoying to deal with, and quite frankly I don't have the energy or time...
